Using the website and app

By placing an order you agree to these terms. You need an account (your mobile number, email and delivery address) to order. Please give accurate details and keep your password private.

Prices and weighing

Prices on the website are for the unit shown (for example per kg or per pack). For items sold by weight, the amount you see is an estimate. The final bill is made after your order is weighed and packed, so it may be a little more or less.

Availability

Stock changes through the day. If something you ordered is not available, we will contact you to suggest a substitute or remove it. Items shown as Out of stock today cannot be ordered.

Payment

There is no online payment. You pay when your order is delivered to you, or when you collect it from our store.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver within Ernakulam. You can also choose store pickup at our Angamaly store. Delivery needs a correct address and Google location, and someone available to receive it.

If something is wrong

If an item is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible on +91 98390 03990 or info@loveorganic.in, and we will put it right.

Our right to refuse

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an address is outside our delivery area or details cannot be confirmed, and we will let you know.
