Who we are
Love Organic is the food division of Enline Group. Our store is at Parookkaran Padayatty Building, Near South Indian Bank, Bank Junction, Aluva Road, NH47, Angamaly, Keralam 683572. What we collect
- Account details: your name, mobile number (your username), email address and a password (stored in encrypted form).
- Delivery details: your street address, PIN code, district (Ernakulam) and a Google Maps location link. If you tap Use my current location, your phone shares your position once to build that link. We do not track your location afterwards.
- Order details: what you ordered, when, how you chose to receive it (delivery or pickup), notes you add, and the status of your order.
- Technical data: basic cookies that keep you signed in and remember your cart, and standard server logs (such as the time of a request).
Why we use it
- To create and secure your account, and to let you sign in.
- To prepare, weigh, bill and deliver your order, or have it ready for pickup.
- To contact you about your order, by phone, WhatsApp or email, for example when an item is unavailable or your order is on its way.
- To send order confirmations and password-reset emails.
- To keep our records and accounts, and to protect the website from misuse.
Who sees it
We do not sell your information. It is seen by our store and delivery staff, and by the companies that help us run the service (for example our hosting and email providers), only as needed for the purposes above. The store page uses an embedded Google Map, which is provided by Google under its own privacy policy. We may share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and order records for as long as your account is open and as long as we need them for our accounts and legal obligations. You can ask us to close your account.
Keeping it safe
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and passwords are stored in encrypted form. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold, correct it, or delete your account, by emailing info@loveorganic.in or calling the store. We may need to confirm it is really you first, and we may keep records we are required to keep.
Children
Our service is meant for adults placing household orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
